To reward employees for referring qualified candidates who subsequently are hired, V2Software Technologies LLC pays a cash bonus for each successful referral made in accordance with the following:
1. Eligible positions are only those that have been classified as Exempt.
2. A cash bonus $500.00 will be paid to the Referring Employee who makes a successful referral and the candidate is hired on a full-time basis and active on the payroll for three months.
3. All cash rewards will be made through payroll and will be subject to applicable tax withholding and deductions.
4. The Referring Employee is responsible for providing an up-to-date resume of the candidate to the Director of Human Resources and must clearly indicate the position the candidate is applying for. Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
